Job Summary

This position is responsible for applying professional human resources knowledge and experience to a variety of work activities, under limited supervision, in order to support one or more Total Rewards functions. Provides strategic analysis, evaluation, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs, and HRIS systems to enable business strategies and enhance overall organizational functioning.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

•    Assists with position description updates and job classification to ensure consistency and compliance
•    Assist in the preparation of salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers and other compensation actions
•    Maintains total rewards statements and ensures their accuracy and completeness
•    Participates in compensation surveys
•    Aids in the aggregation of market data and job benchmarking
•    Provides support for the annual compensation evaluation and review process
•    Assists with equity plan administration and reporting
•    Analyzes and interprets HR policies, programs, systems, processes and other company data to aid management in strategic decision making
•    Assists with updating HR plan documents, policies, forms and other communication materials
•    Assists with special projects or assignments as needed

  • Minimum: High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree - from accredited university
  • Preferred: Master’s degree - from accredited university - Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Preferred: Other - PHR/SPHR; CCP/CBP/GCCP/GCBP; CEP: CPLO


  • Minimum: 5 - 8 years related work experience
