Job Summary

This senior level position is responsible for securing and managing markets for the transportation or sale of crude oil and/or natural gas products, under limited supervision in order to optimize revenue to the company. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

•    Evaluate new commercial structures for LNG activities to optimize gas supply and transport margins / value
•    Develop & manage strategic relationships with global LNG markets/companies
•    Originate, evaluate, and negotiate LNG agreements (SPAs, GSAs, etc.)
•    Manage internal and external clients including upstream/downstream operations, midstream, legal, credit, accounting, investor relations, and other key business partners
•    Ability to travel
•    Draft project/transaction tracking, updates, timelines, management presentations to support deal approvals and stakeholder engagement
•    Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specific Skills

•    Knowledge of LNG liquefaction facilities and shipping operations
•    Expert knowledge of gas sales, marketing, and transport
•    Solid contractual writing/negotiation skills
•    Solid knowledge of LNG fundamentals and global players
•    Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones with international cultures

Education

•    Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
•    Preferred: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Energy Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field

Experience

Minimum: 5 - 8 years related work experience
