Job Summary

The Optimization Coordinator III supports base production optimization efforts with focus on downtime elimination, LOE analysis & control, production uplift, and training.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supports production optimization and downtime elimination efforts in the field through sharing of best practices and coordination with OTS resources
  • Conducts training needs assessments at each field office and coordinates development & delivery of training to address any identified gaps
  • Conducts capability assessments to identify value opportunities and assists with the development, implementation and monitoring of actions targeting those opportunities
  • Understands Operations Center capabilities and how it can be leveraged in support of field operations
  • Supports future Enterprise SAP introduction and recognizes the impact it will have on production operations with recommendations for effectively managing change from inception through post implementation
  • Assists the field teams in the implementation of emerging processes, tools and reports such as Well Level Scorecard and Supplier Qualification Process
  • Participates in production operations self-assessments and contactor audits in field locations
  • Represents production operations as subject matter expert) during special projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Specific Skills

  • Knowledge of CHK field support systems (PDI, Cygnet, SiteView, WellView, etc.).
  • Able to work effectively with diverse groups from both field and corporate offices.
  • Able to clearly articulate the needs of the field to the various support teams.
  • Able to manage and advance multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to possess a valid driver's license.

Education

  • Minimum: High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree, vocational or technical school degree

Experience

  • Minimum: 5 - 8+ years of related work experience
