Job Summary

This position is an entry level position responsible for creating and maintaining departmental reports in support of various Supply Chain functions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • With guidance, create and build new reports/tools that promote increased cash flow, reduced cycle times, and improved functional excellence
  • Aggregate, clean, and transform data as necessary
  • Actively engage in forward-thinking communication to keep stakeholders informed of new and existing reports
  • Understand metrics that help simplify and streamline processes
  • Build trust through reliable and timely delivery of services, information, and value to stakeholders
  • Maintain quality control of reports through testing, troubleshooting, and customer feedback
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across multiple geographic locations
  • Effectively prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Commitment to company’s code of business conduct to guide supply chain ethics and practices
  • Comply with defined company policies through Supply Chain services delivered to the business
  • Intermediate understanding of Excel formulas
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and reporting functions, e.g.; SAP ECC Reporting, and SAP BI/HANA
  • Basic knowledge of data quality management practices
  • Knowledge of database concepts, analytics, and business intelligence tools, such as Spotfire and Power BI
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

Education

  • Minimum: High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree - from accredited university -  Managerment Information Systems or related field

Experience

  • Minimum: 0 - 2 years related work experience
  • Preferred: 0-2 years of upstream (E&P) experience
