Job Summary

This intermediate level position is responsible for executing and assisting with Treasury management activities, including daily cash management, credit, and financial analysis.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepares daily cash report to determine cash positioning
  • Analyzes daily banking activity to make cash planning decisions
  • Monitors daily banking activity to audit and reconcile discrepancies
  • Processes payments, enters wires, and reviews bank statements for the company and its subsidiaries
  • Performs related administrative banking activities, such as setting up new accounts and updating account information
  • Administers the Corporate Card Program
  • Assists in the evaluation of credit reviews of counterparties, including financial statements analysis and database management
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and research as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Specific Skills

  • Strong character, ethics, and integrity; team-oriented mindset
  • Intermediate knowledge of commercial banking and procedures
  • Intermediate knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley compliance
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and multitasking abilities

Education

Minimum: High school diploma or GED

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree - from accredited university - Accounting, Finance or related field

Experience

Minimum: 2 - 5 years related work experience in finance or accounting; prior exposure to treasury, finance, credit, marketing or accounting are all constructive to this role
